ORDERS
When we ship your order, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please refer to that email for your tracking details. If you cannot find the email, you can also login into your account here to find all past orders and details.
We understand that mistakes happen and sometimes adjustments are needed after an order is placed. If you need to update anything — such as changing a size, adding an item, or removing an item — our system requires the entire order to be canceled. Once the cancellation is completed, you can simply place a new order with the correct details.
This process ensures accuracy, prevents shipping delays, and helps us maintain a smooth fulfillment process for all customers. Please reach out to our customer support team as soon as possible if you need to make changes, as orders may begin processing shortly after they are placed. We’re here to help make the process quick and easy.
No, we cannot ship to a PO box at this time.

You may request to cancel your order within 1 day of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed, packaged, or shipped.
Once an order has entered the shipping or fulfillment stage, it can no longer be canceled.
We are sorry, but we do not offer gift options, including gift receipts, gift packaging, or gift messaging, at this time. Purchases made on GoWestSupply.com include paperwork that has order information, including price. Additionally, orders may come in shipping containers that contain the Go West logo. If you would prefer, we do offer gift cards as an option to gift to another person.
