Shipping policy

At Go West Supply, we are committed to providing efficient and reliable delivery service for your order. Here’s a detailed look at our shipping process:

Order Processing and Delivery Schedule:

Once you place an order on our website, our team will immediately begin processing it. To help you plan your purchase, please note the following schedule:

Order Handling Time:

1-2 Business days (Monday-Friday)

Order Transit Time:

5-7 Business days (Monday-Friday)

Total Shipping Time ( Handling Time + Transit Time)

6-9 Business days (Monday-Friday)

Order Cut-off Time: 

11 PM (GMT-06:00) CST (Chicago)

Order Confirmation:

After placing your order, you will receive an email with your order number and details. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and tracking link. Additionally, we will notify you via email upon delivery of your order.

Shipping Carrier:

We partner with UPS to ensure timely and safe delivery. 

Shipping Locations:

We ship within the United States.

Shipping Fee:

Economy: 

  • A $7 shipping fee applies to all orders under $99.
  • Free shipping is offered on all orders $99 and over.
  • This policy applies to all U.S. states, except Alaska and Hawaii.

For Alaska and Hawaii, we offer a fixed shipping rate of $30 on all orders, regardless of order value.

UPS® Ground & UPS® 2nd Day Air

  • Customers may select their preferred shipping method during checkout
  • Shipping fees for these services will be calculated and displayed at checkout

Lost Packages:

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please:

  • Verify the shipping address.
  • Check all possible delivery locations at your residence.
  • Ask neighbours or family members if they accepted the package.
  • Contact the courier with your tracking number to initiate a claim.

If your package is officially declared lost, contact us immediately with your order number. We will either reship your order or provide a refund based on your preference.

Tracking

After dispatch, a tracking number will be sent to your email. 

Delays

We aim to meet our delivery estimates, but delays may occur due to high shipping volumes or unforeseen courier disruptions. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team.
