Thank you for choosing Go West Supply. We understand that sometimes returns are necessary, and we strive to make the process as smooth as possible.

Please review our return policy below:

Return Eligibility:
All returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.
The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all original tags attached.

Damaged Packaging Re-Boxing Fee:
A $10 re-boxing fee will be applied for returns with damaged original product boxing. Boots and shoes should be returned with their boxes in the same condition, and with the packaging material intact.

Damaged Boots/Shoes Return Fee:
A 20% fee will be applied to returns for damaged boots/shoes. This fee is assessed to cover the costs associated with restoring the product to its original condition or for any necessary repairs.

Return Shipping:
Go West Supply will cover return shipping costs if the return is due to our error or a defective product. For all other returns, customers are responsible for a $13 return shipping fee. This fee is waived if you opted into Checkout+ Free Returns during checkout by paying a small $3.98 fee.

Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 4 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase unless you select a different method during your return process.

Exchanges:
The original item must be returned unworn, with its packaging intact.

Exclusions:
Final sale items, underwear/socks, and international orders are not eligible for return.
